Customers can request refunds up to 14 days after delivery. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition  as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. CraterHouse Coffee LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right and send back an order. They should contact CraterHouse Coffee LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to. CraterHouse Coffee LLC has warehouses in Mexico and the United States. 

If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, CraterHouse Coffee LLC should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. CraterHouse Coffee LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

International Orders

Non-EU and Non-US orders will be considered as an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. CraterHouse Coffee LLC  is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by CraterHouse Coffee LLC 

Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, CraterHouse Coffee LLC  advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
